Going from watching your vid on a day as a surgical intern to this as an incoming medical student myself felt so healthy to me. I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels lost, when social media makes so many medfluencers post exclusively about the most beautiful and glamorous parts of their lives. I just turned 20 and parts of my teenage years resonated with the hardships you talked about--feeling lost and trying to find genuine connection around me. But right now I feel like I'm in a more secure position emotionally, and I know this will change as I enter different phases in my life but I do think I'll be okay. I hope I'll get to a level of comfort that you are at of acknowleging obstacles in your life and riding out the waves. Your way of thinking is so mature and hopeful! Love from London <3
